Here at the IBM conference, it's fun trying to get in the training time. Yesterday, on day 64, I was able to fit in a 40-minute exercycle ride in the morning and then a 20-minute swim in the giant wave pool in the afternoon with a short 5-minute run afterward. This totaled 65 minutes on the day and felt like a vacation.
Day 65: with company, I ran 1:45 very easily. I ran 27-28 minutes prior to company fairly quickly and then 1:18 with at an easier pace. I felt great and the run had no impact afterward. Later in the day, I was able to get in 95 minutes on an exercycle predominantly at high RPMs and low-ish tension. Felt good, lots of sweat. 200 minutes on the day and feeling good.
