Day 44 epilogue -- 30 minute run that felt good after taking about 7 minutes to loosen up.
For the first week of October, the first of a few weeks of REALLY high volume, average totals were as follows: >50 miles running, >200 miles biking, 10,000yds+ swimming. Hungry all the time. Fairly tired in the afternoons. Weight at 148. Still feeling pretty good, though a couple slightly sore spots resulting (I think) from Sunday's ride.
Today was just over 2 hours of riding for 38 miles...legs felt it but was able to pedal hard and help up on hills. Later will be near an hour running and MAYBE more bike.
