IMAZ Day 30: Philly, part 2

OK, with no pool and no desire to reacquaint myself with the exercycle (much), I figured a long run would be nice. So out of the hotel and toward Fairmount Park, site of the 3 Philadelphia Triathlons I'd done. Now as I was running, I realized the Art Museum was on the way. "Rocky" officianados will remember Rocky Balboa's historic run up the steps of the Art Museum. Well, in all my prior visits, I had never even walked up the steps. I decided to rectify that situation, so at about 20 min. into the run, I ran the steps. I did NOT gesticulate wildly up there. I STILL felt like a nitwit. Then continued run on trail alongside path in park, turned at 50 minutes and picked up the pace. I was running maybe 7:15s-7:20s out and dropped to mid-high 6 min. pace for the rest. I felt very good (did the steps again, too). Total run was 1:35. Later in the day, I had a chance to sneak in 35 minutes on the crappy exercycle again for a 2:10 total day.
