Given the chance of rain for Friday morning, I decided to escape for a quick ride instead of a quick run for the 2nd workout, which also meant that tomorrow AM would be a swim instead of the bike (and possibly instead of a run due to the rain threat). Jumped on the bike in the afternoon and sped through 14 miles. It was WINDY, and with the disc on the bike, I was being blown all over the place. Still, I felt really good -- having had a day off the bike was a good thing.
